Postage and Packaging
A standard charge of UK£ 2.50 applies to all orders to cover postage, packaging and insurance.
All books are despatched by first class post in a padded envelope.
A Journey Towards Manufacturing Excellence both the printed and CD-ROM versions are despatched by Royal Mail Special delivery.
VAT
Printed version of all books are free from VAT. However, the ebook and CD-ROM versions have VAT applied at 17.5%. This is included in the stated costs.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through the secure WorldPay system. Most major credit and debit cards can be used.
All orders will be acknowledged by email. Please contact us if you have not heard from us within 24 hours of placing an order.
Refunds will be given in the case of faulty goods. If you decide within seven days that the products are not what you want and are unused, please advise us by telephone and we will arrange for their return and for a refund to be made.
Despatch
All items are normally despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we anticipate any delay, we will contact you by email or telephone.
