Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through the secure Google Checkout.    Most major credit and debit cards can be used.  

All orders will be acknowledged by email.   Please contact us if you have not heard from us within 24 hours of placing an order.

Refunds will be given in the case of faulty goods.     If you decide within seven days that the products are not what you want and are unused, please advise us by telephone and we will arrange for their return and for a refund to be made.

 

Postage & Packing

A standard charge of UK£ 2.50 applies to all orders to cover postage, packaging and insurance.

All books are dispatched by first class post in a padded envelope.
